Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Citrico account at any time. This works for the mobile app and the website.
Who this is for
- Cleaners and crew members who sign in with a phone number and PIN
- Restaurant owners and managers who use the client portal
- Cleaning company admins and supervisors
What we delete
- Your login (email or phone, password or PIN)
- Your name and contact details on your profile
- Your app settings and notification preferences
What may be kept, and why
- Work records from shifts you worked (check-in times, checklist results, photos) belong to the cleaning company's service records for its client, and are its business records to keep, even after your account is deleted. Your name is removed from them where possible.
- Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
We confirm your request within 7 days and finish deleting within 30 days. If you are a company admin, deleting your login does not cancel your company's service; use Billing for that.
